Buzenes v. Nuvell Financial Services LLC,et al. Case No. BC407366 (Los Angeles County Superior Court). Waiver of over $32 million of auto deficiency debt and refund of $1,215,330.22 on behalf of 2,897 California consumers.
Cabiness v. Campus Debt Solutions, Case No. 16-cv-01109-JST, (US District Court, Northern District of California), 2019 WL 1369929. Appointed class counsel in nationwide TCPA class action on behalf of 33,000 class members. Settlement of value of $1,100,000.00 plus injunctive relief.
Cooper v. Rohl, LLC, Case No. C15-00352 (Contra Costa County Superior Court). California state class action against manufacturer of consumer faucets alleging non-compliance with life warranty. Settlement resulted in a refund of 80% of the amount paid by each class member for a replacement Rohl product with no claims process.
Deluca v. Wescom Central Credit Union, Case No. BC472473 (Los Angeles County Superior Court). Waiver of $36 million of deficiency debt and refund of $478,053.12 on behalf of 3,390 California consumers.
Dixon v. County Financial Services, Inc., et al., Case No. RG10537949 (Alameda County Superior Court). Waiver of over $26 million of debt and refund of over $125,000 on behalf of 4,470 California consumers.
Eugene v. A-L Financial, Case No. 34-2011-00099541 (Sacramento County Superior Court). Waiver of over $32 million of auto deficiency debt and refund of over $1 million on behalf of 6,337 California consumers.
Fireside Bank v. Gonzalez, Case No. BC 445836 (Los Angeles County Superior Court). Waiver of $298 million of debt on behalf of 34,652 California consumers.
Hamm v. Consumer Portfolio Services, Case No. 34-2010-00081238 (Sacramento County Superior Court). Waiver of over $18 million of auto deficiency debt and refund of over $800,000 on behalf of 2,189 California consumers.
Hardcastle v. Bank of Stockton, Case No. 34-2013-00148919 (Sacramento County Superior Court). Waiver of over $1,500,000 of debt and refund of over $80,000 on behalf of class of 310 California consumers.
Jekowsky v. BMW of North America, LLC, Case No. 3:13-cv-02158-VC. Appointed class counsel in nationwide class action alleging breach of warranty obligations related to “cracking” of BMW “V Spoke” Style 296 light alloy wheels equipped on 2019-2013 BMW Z4 vehicles. Settlement resulted in agreement to comply with warranty obligations and agreement to reimburse class members’ out-of-pocket expenses.
Jones v. CenterOne Financial Services, LLC, Case No. 3:14-CV-01673 SI (US District Court, Northern District of California). Waiver of over $3.5 million of debt and refund of $59,000 on behalf of 528 California consumers.
King v. California Republic Bank, Case No. 30-2013-00655804-CU-CT-CXC (Orange County Superior Court). Waiver of $950,000 in debt on behalf of 142 California consumers.

Pacific Service Credit Union v. Hernandez, et al., Case No. 06 CE CG 03625 JH (Fresno County Superior Court). Waiver of over $30 million in debt and refund of over $370,000 on behalf of 2,932 California consumers.

Pha v. Yang, Case No. 2:12-cv-01580-TLN-DAD, (US District Court, Eastern District of California). Appointed class counsel in statewide class action alleging disclosure of incorrect interest rates on retail installment sales contract. Settlement resulted in an injunction enjoining defendant from collecting interest in excess of disclosed interest rate and returning over $360,000.00 to 344 class members.
